Our payment system is managed via Shopify Payments:
- Debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Metro and American Express.
-Digital wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shopify Pay.
- Alternative payment methods, depending on your region are Klarna, Shop Pay, Sofort, Bancontact Belgium), eps (Austria) and Ideal (Netherland)
This depends on the region you want your items to be shipped to.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays. Please allow up to 1-2 working days for order processing.
We have a contract with the logistic provider DHL and will send you a tracking number once you place your order. Once we handed over the item to DHL you can track the process of your delivery with them from there on. You will get an approximate delivery date by DHL after ordering.
We currently deliver to Germany, Turkey, United States of America and Europe.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something is not quite right, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to send back your items. Please note that the shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.
To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask that the items are in an unused, unaltered condition, and returned with their original tags and packaging. This helps us maintain the quality of our products and enables us to process your return efficiently.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an email notification containing your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your package as it makes its way to you.
We understand that sometimes changes are needed after placing an order. If your order is still in process, there may be a possibility to cancel or modify it. However, if the order has already ended and the processing is complete, we regret to inform you that it cannot be canceled or modified.
To check the status of your order and determine if modifications are possible, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. They will assist you in assessing the feasibility of canceling or modifying your order.
If you placed an order, it would be great that you directly name the correct and final shipping address. In case you want to change the address afterwards, we can change it, if we get the information in time. Even though we cannot guarantee that the change is processed before shipping. If this is not the case, please be aware that further shipping costs may apply to you.
This depends on the region you want your items to be shipped to. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to review the total cost of your order, including any additional charges, such as customs fees or taxes.

If you receive a defective ZOEVEGA product, please contact our customer service through our website as soon as possible. We will guide you through the next steps and provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the item. Of course we offer free returns for defective products.
We apologize, but currently, we do not have a specific product request feature for out-of-stock items. However, we have alternative options to keep you informed when a product is back in stock.
